-Payment: Payment is required before each session or package begins.
-Scheduling: All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Late Cancellations:Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full session charge.
- No-Shows:Missed appointments are nonrefundable.
- Late Arrivals:Sessions will still end at the scheduled time.
- Packages:Four-hour packages must be used within 60 days of purchase.
- Refunds:Packages are nonrefundable once started, except as required by law.
- Teacher Cancellations: If I cancel, the session will be rescheduled or refunded.
- Step Up Scholarships: Scholarship-funded sessions follow Step Up For Students program rules.
Tutoring Fees & Payment
- Single Session:1 hour — $80
- 4-Hour Pre-Paid Package: $280 ($70 per hour)
- Payment Method:Zelle (payment instructions provided when booking).
- Step Up For Students: Accepted, subject to program requirements.
